Step 1: Go to your local Zoona Agent. Take your NRC card and your money (including the transaction fee) with you.

Step 2: Give the Agent the money and NRC card. Confirm the destination town, your mobile number (optional) and the recipients mobile number (optional).

Step 3: Enter a four digit PIN code for this money transfer.

Step 4: Collect a receipt from the agent displaying the money transfer reference number and the total amount transferred. An automatic SMS will be sent to

you and the recipient if the mobile numbers were provided to the agent.

Step 5: When the recipient collects the cash, you will receive an automated SMS (if the number was provided when sending).

Step 1: Go to your local Zoona Agent. Take your NRC card with you.

Step 2: Ensure that you have the money transfer reference number, the amount sent to you and the PIN code for the money transfer (all provided to you 

by the sender).

Step 3: Show the Agent the transfer reference number and your NRC card.).

Step 4: Enter the PIN code into the agent phone when requested (never give the agent the PIN code).

Step 5: Receive the cash and transaction receipt from the agent.
